1. Isolate Power & Open Headlight Shroud:

Turn off key ignition, trip the main DC circuit breaker, and unscrew the front cowl or headlight lens shroud to expose the inner light bulb housing.

Verification: Vehicle is completely unpowered and the bulb socket retainer is accessible.

2. Remove Worn Bulb & Clean Socket:

Unclip or twist the socket locking collar, carefully pull out the old bulb, and wipe dust or oxidation out of the socket terminals using a clean cloth.

Verification: Socket contacts are clean, bright, and free of dirt or burnt residue.

3. Install BULB [LED LB1] Assembly:

Align the locator tabs of the BULB [LED LB1] with the socket slots, press in gently, and twist/clip the retaining ring until securely locked in place.

Verification: The LED bulb sits firmly seated inside the reflector housing without wobble or tilt.

4. Test Illumination & Reassemble Cowl:

Reset the DC circuit breaker, switch on key ignition, and turn on the headlight switch to check beam output. Reattach the outer cowl and tighten housing screws.

Verification: Cool white LED beam lights up instantly without flickering, dimming, or casting crooked shadows.

Power Isolation: Always turn off ignition and trip main DC circuit breaker before cleaning or inspecting lighting components.

Lens Cleaning: Keep outer headlight lens covers clean and free of mud or grime to maintain maximum lumen beam projection.

Moisture Seal Inspection: Periodically check rubber headlight housing seals to prevent water ingress and electrical terminal corrosion.
