Delivery, returns & policies
Delivery
After order confirmation, delivery normally takes 3–6 working days in Maharashtra and 7–10 working days in other states. Remote locations may take longer. Prices include GST and Pan-India delivery, subject to the product’s stated delivery restrictions and serviceability confirmation.
Cancellation
To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has shipped.
Return
For a wrong or transit-damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a video of the package and product. Eligible resolutions are provided after review.
Refund
When a cancellation before dispatch is accepted, the online booking amount is returned to the original payment method. Approved refunds normally appear within 5–7 working days; banks and UPI services may take longer. After dispatch, eligibility depends on order status and return inspection.
Warranty
Product-specific warranty terms shown on the product page and invoice apply. Misuse, accidents, water, fire, unauthorised modifications and normal wear are excluded unless the product terms state otherwise.
Privacy
We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, chosen products, optional business details, and order and payment status to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide support and prevent fraud. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store UPI PINs, card numbers or banking passwords. Necessary information may be shared with payment, delivery and authorised service providers. Terms
Provide accurate and complete order details. The booking payment is part of the total price; the balance is payable on delivery. Orders remain subject to availability and delivery-area confirmation. Product images may vary slightly by display or production batch; published key specifications apply. Unauthorised or illegal use of the shop and payment service is prohibited.
