1. Isolate Power & Secure Vehicle:

Place the electric scooter or vehicle on its main center stand on a level surface. Switch off the ignition key, trip the main circuit breaker (MCB), and unplug the main traction battery connector.

2. Access & Expose Motor & Controller Wiring:

Remove the chassis side panels, seat deck, or rear swingarm cable guards to gain access to the motor cable routing path between the motor controller and the wheel hub.

3. Disconnect Damaged Cable Terminals:
