Step 5 | When the LED turns green, indicating full charge and auto-cutoff, turn off the wall switch and safely unplug the connector.
Care and maintenance
Storage | Store the charger in a dry, clean, well-ventilated area protected from moisture, rain, and direct sunlight.
Dust Control | Regularly check and keep the cooling fan vents free of dust accumulation to maintain proper heat dissipation.
Cable Care | Unplug by holding the socket connectors directly; never jerk or pull on the wires.
Questions & answers
How to maintain charger longevity?
Keep in a cool, moisture-free location and ensure ventilation slots are never blocked during operation.
Is the cooling fan noise normal?
Yes, the internal cooling fan runs automatically during active charging to keep thermal levels safe.
Can I use this charger for NMC batteries?
No, this unit is calibrated specifically for 24S LiFePO4 (LFP) chemistries with a peak output of 69.3V.
Does it stop charging automatically when full?
Yes, it features intelligent auto-cutoff technology that stops power flow once the battery reaches full voltage.
What should I do if the charger stays red for too long?
Check whether the battery pack is significantly discharged or if cell balancing is in progress, and ensure a proper wall socket power supply.
